Job Description
- Proven track record in 1st/2nd/3rd Level Support & Troubleshooting, O&M, Integration & Implementation
- Hands-on implementation experience of UPCC, GGSN, DPI, SGSN, MSS, MGW, HLR, STP, BSS Lan Switch, and Router
- CDR audit and provide call drop solution for VIP User
- Vendor SME (3rd level) support experience
- Hands-on experiences CS, Cloud & SDN implementation & O&M experience
- KPI analysis & reporting
- Responsible for implementing CS, PS, IP, and NFV-i Operation
- Responsible for IMS Core Planning and Deployment
- Responsible for UDC/ UDM Planning and Deployment
- Responsible for Signaling Planning and Deployment
- Responsible for Internet Service Planning and Deployment
- Responsible for RAN Controller (BSC/RNC) Planning and Deployment
