Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for Document Control (DC) Related Tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage document control into the “Program management system (new)” as DC.
- Document modification permission, New Document numbering, and Review of the documentation process according to the Standard procedure.
- Document Release & Recycle.
- ISO compatibility review & track the signing progress.
- Learn quality management system based on ISO9001, and IATF16949 & ensure it’s proper implementation.
- Arrange internal audits on time & handle 3rd party external audit/Customer audits.
- Weekly & Monthly report to the manager.
- Organize documents and reports.
- Any other tasks by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience in Documentation.
- Freshers are also welcome.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment.
