Job Description

We are currently seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests throughout their stay.

Your main duties will include greeting guests, checking them in and out, handling reservations, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a friendly and outgoing personality. Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
