Job Description

We are seeking a driven and motivated Recruiter to join our dynamic Bangladesh team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in high-volume recruiting and comfortable with cold calling candidates, following established recruitment processes, and adhering to performance metrics.

This is a work-from-home position, but you must be able to work during New York business hours (Monday – Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm ET) and have fluent proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to potential candidates to discuss job opportunities
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for open roles in various industries
• Adhere to performance metrics, including number of daily calls, submissions, and placements
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
• Collaborate with sales director and colleagues to meet hiring goals
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of candidate conversations and interactions in the ATS
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers through the interview and placement process

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a recruiting role, with emphasis on cold calling candidates
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work New York business hours
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working with performance metrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with ATS and recruiting tools
• High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a staffing agency
• Familiarity with different recruitment channels and platforms
• Ability to handle high-volume recruiting, focusing on quality candidates
