QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degrees
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience
- Fluent spoken & written English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of product is required

- Good communication skills with internal and external customers

JOB DEFINITION:
- Updating buying teams about overseas factories for production and proactively feeding buying teams with competitive price opportunities
- Organizing regular meetings with buying teams to review budgets for overseas sourced orders
- Building trust in the relationship between buying teams and overseas teams/suppliers by supporting them in improving all overseas buying processes and structures
- Enlarging the overseas sourcing supply chain portfolio aligned with LC Waikiki International Retail growing strategy
- Acting as a facilitator between buying teams, suppliers, and overseas office teams for various issues
- Monitoring monthly quality performance of vendors and supporting related overseas teams to achieve target quality level
- Monitoring delivery performances closely and taking necessary actions
