- Deliver top-tier support via voice and non-voice channels
- Troubleshoot and provide timely solutions

Requirements:
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with support software (preferred)
- Problem-solving abilities and calm under pressure
- Familiarity with eCommerce/CRM systems
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
Technical Requirements:
- Personal computer/laptop with 15 Mbps speed
- Backup internet connection (10 Mbps min.) required
