Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Agent at G&M Salon Apparel, you will be the go-to contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring positive interactions. Your role will be vital in enhancing the customer experience and fostering strong relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-tier support via voice and non-voice channels
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide timely solutions
- Actively listen to customer needs and offer personalized assistance
- Gather feedback to improve services and contribute to team strategies
- Collaborate with team members for a supportive work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills and customer-first attitude
- Experience with support software like Zendesk, Freshdesk (a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or CRM systems (preferred)
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking
Technical Requirements:
- Personal computer/laptop with at least 15 Mbps for both speeds
- Backup internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) required
