Job Description
Join G&M Salon Apparel’s E-Commerce team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate prioritizes customer satisfaction and delivers top-tier service in all interactions. This role is entirely remote.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, live chats, and social media inquiries to assist customers with questions and concerns.
- Guide customers on utilizing products/services to meet their specific needs.
- Act as a product expert to offer accurate and strategic information to customers.
- Document customer interactions for enhanced cross-functional communication and relationship building.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Service (mandatory).
- Experience in E-commerce is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Personal computer/laptop with a functional camera and at least 15 Mbps internet speed for uploads/downloads.
