Job Description
A Renowned Electrical Company is seeking a Manager / Sr. Manager – Service for various responsibilities including complaint analysis, service center visits, and ensuring efficient product troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Monthly complaint analysis and evaluation reports preparation.
- Zone-wise meetings with service personnel for faster service delivery.
- Maintaining customer relationships and addressing service-related issues.
- Reducing service-related costs and overseeing service center development.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor/Honors with skills in Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Service Engineering.
Experience: At least 1 year(s) of relevant experience.
Job Location: Mymensingh (Trishal)
Salary: Tk. 400 per month
