Job Description

Euro Foods Group is seeking a dynamic individual to join as Officer (Quality Control, EFPL) in Dhaka (Ashulia).

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Determine, negotiate, and implement quality procedures.
• Establish quality and health & safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Assess and meet customer requirements.
• Write technical reports and maintain customer service standards.
• Specify quality requirements for raw materials.
• Monitor compliance, conduct testing, and analysis.
• Investigate quality issues, drive improvement, and ensure standards.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master of Science in Food Technology or related.
• Skills: Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Management.

Experience Requirements:

• Up to 5 years in Food/Beverage industry.
• Experience in Quality Control is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

• 2-3 years of quality control experience in food processing.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and food safety protocols.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
