Job Description
- Cash handling & cash book maintenance / voucher preparation.
- Depot receipt & payment accounts preparation.
- Stock record keeping & report preparation.
- Challan preparation & goods delivery ensuring.
- Distributor/Party ledger maintenance.
- Sales Invoice preparation, Maintenance & control of depot stock.
- Control of all depot vehicles, Invoice posting to software, and preparation of sales accounts.
- Preparation of other marketing reports as necessary.
- Supporting head office accounts department as required.
- Preparing all necessary documents and reports for the relevant department.
