Job Description

Golden Dream Trading is looking for a Head of Sales to join our team. As a Fast Moving Consumer Goods Marketing company, we are seeking smart, energetic, and hard-working individuals for this key position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure sales targets are met as per the business plan on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams accurately.
• Lead nationwide sales team to achieve targets.
• Monitor team performance and ensure efficiency in operations.
• Develop sales team through motivation, counseling, and skill development.
• Manage sales administration and operational performance reporting.
• Develop a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Monitor and direct zonal, area, territory managers, and sales officers.
• Establish a system of reports and communications for sales team performance.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor/Honors degree
