Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual with excellent relationship management skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving sales growth to join our Corporate Sales team as a “Senior Executive”. The individual will play a crucial role in advancing the company’s mission by identifying and securing new corporate clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalize on strategic business opportunities to generate revenue.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business prospects.
- Establish and manage prospective opportunities to meet strategic business plans.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
- Act as the focal point for ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer complaints.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on potential business opportunities.
- Present proposals to potential clients, negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business from any reputed institution.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales/corporate sales. Age not more than 35 years.
- Excellent organizational and analytical planning skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- Very good oral and written communication skills, can work effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills, customer relationship building, and proactive client development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, transactions, risk assessment, and strategy.
- Self-motivated, leadership mentality, proactive, and high-energy approach to problem-solving.
- Good liaison with government and private organizations.
