Job Description

Provita Group is looking for a dynamic individual to manage the Feed Mill Plant operations.

• Manage and Supervise the Feed Mill Plant efficiently
• Ensure SOP compliance at all stages
• Develop SOP as required
• Oversee repair & maintenance, analyze costs
• Monitor production planning and machinery performance
• Co-ordinate with departments for smooth operations
• Implement safety protocols, ensure compliance
• Conduct staff training, foster continuous improvement
• Handle administrative tasks within the factory

Educational Requirements: BSc in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic, or Industrial Engineering

Experience: Minimum 12 years in Agro-based firms

Additional Requirement: 5 years as Plant In-charge in a reputable Feed Mill

Job Location: Chattogram (Sitakunda), Mymensingh (Bhaluka)
