Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Update dealer documentation and maintenance records.
- Coordinate distribution process, including warehousing and inventory management.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on distribution strategies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels.
- Implement inventory control strategies to prevent stock outs and overstocking.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely inventory replenishment.
- Improve distribution processes to enhance efficiency.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve delivery issues.
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain satisfaction.
- Issue daily, weekly, and monthly reports promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or relevant degree.
Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of experience, preferably in Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies or relevant Distribution Department.
