Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Executive at Kalyar Packaging Ltd. The Quality Control Executive will be responsible for conducting quality assurance checks, performing calibration of equipment, utilizing laboratory skills for testing, and maintaining analytical skills to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
- Monitor production processes to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Document non-conformance findings and suggest corrective actions.
- Maintain records of inspection results and ensure proper documentation.
- Implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to improve product quality.
- Conduct internal audits as directed by QC Manager.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Technology, or related field.
