Job Description
Join G&M Salon Apparel’s E-Commerce team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate prioritizes customer satisfaction and delivers exceptional service. This role is fully remote.

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via calls, emails, live chats, and social media
- Provide guidance on product/service usage tailored to individual needs
